Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect the time of our instructors, staff, and clients, AYAMA Club maintains the following policies.
Yoga Classes
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before class.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the start time are considered a
late cancel.
- Late Cancels and No-Shows result in loss of the class credit (for class packs),
- or a $15 fee for unlimited members.
Workshops, Events & Series
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- No-shows for workshops or series forfeit the full booking fee.
- Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
If the studio must cancel a class due to low enrolment, weather, or instructor emergency,
clients will be fully credited or refunded.
Permanent Jewellery Appointments
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows incur a $25 fee.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and is subject to the same fee.
- We ask that students arrive 5–10 minutes early for each class to settle in.
- Students are expected to tidy up after themselves, including sanitizing any equipment/mats used
and returning them to their proper storage place after each class.
Yoga Classes
Under 12
Children under 12 are invited to join kids’ or family-style yoga offerings when available.
Regular adult classes are not recommended at this age, as the pace and structure are designed
for older participants.
Ages 12–15
Young teens are welcome to participate in adult yoga classes when accompanied by a parent or
guardian. This helps ensure they feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their practice.
Ages 16+
All services are fully available with no additional age requirements.
Permanent Jewellery Appointments
Under 14
Permanent jewellery services are designed for older teens and adults, so we are unable to offer
them to guests under 14 without a parent or guardian present. We’re always happy to help younger
guests explore other wearable options.
