Yoga Classes

Free cancellation up to 6 hours before class. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the start time are considered a late cancel.

• Late Cancels and No-Shows result in loss of the class credit (for class packs),
• or a $15 fee for unlimited members.

Workshops, Events & Series

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• No-shows for workshops or series forfeit the full booking fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.

If the studio must cancel a class due to low enrolment, weather, or instructor emergency, clients will be fully credited or refunded.

Permanent Jewellery Appointments

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows incur a $25 fee.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and is subject to the same fee.

• We ask that students arrive 5–10 minutes early for each class to settle in.
• Students are expected to tidy up after themselves, including sanitizing any equipment/mats used and returning them to their proper storage place after each class.
