Rene Thrasher brings over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, with a deep foundation in anatomy, physiology, fitness, and yoga. Her approach to wellness is both introspective and intuitive, rooted in the principles of Yin Yoga, where she guides students into stillness to access the body's deep fascia, create space, and cultivate inner awareness.
Teaching since 2019, I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive space for students of all levels. My classes invite you to connect deeply with your breath and body, explore your unique potential, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
